  1. moving the mouse from the top, hover the mouse pointer over the "Show only important changes" button, such that the pointer is above the text of the button (that is, the tip of the mouse pointer is above(not over) the text)

AR: the mouse pointer flickers rapidly between "hand" and "pointer"
This also happens in Chrome, so its not a regression in Firefox/Nightly.
