Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. In about:config change "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" to 2.
3. Access this link.
4. Resize the browser in order for the scroll bar to be displayed.

Expected result

• The elements are properly displayed.

Actual result

• The text is no longer visible after resizing the browser.

Regression range

• Will check if one ASAP.

Additional notes

• See attachment "issue.mp4".
• The issue is reproducible only with "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx" pref set to 2 (with pref set to -1, everything looks good).
• The issue is also reproducible on [e-mail]

This might be fixed by bug 1583696.

I've retested on Ubuntu 18.04 x64 using latest Nightly 85.0a1 (2020-11-17) and Firefox 84 Beta 2 and the issue is no longer reproducible.
