Steps to reproduce:

When entering too few characters on an input with a >1 minlength attribute set, but the user only enters 1 character, the warning pop-up notes "[...] you are currently using 1 characters"

Actual results:

The warning pop-up notes "[...] you are currently using 1 characters"

Expected results:

The warning pop-up should note "[...] you are currently using 1 character" (singular, not plural)
