Details

Change the internals of nsIWebBrowserPersist to favour holding a weak ref to the
registered nsIWebProgressListener. The impl can't *require* the listener be a
weak ref without breaking the semantics of the interface, so it would probably
have to implement it in a manner to similar to nsDSURIContentListener.cpp
