Joining a call on Amazon chime in an H264-based room no longer renders remote video as of https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=autoland&revision=09a18345c269a8dddf7513e67f59fc20bc06f56f
The prior push on autoland works ok though.
STR:
- Host a chime room (contact me for a URL) from a registered account on nightly. Enable video capture.
- Join this room without an account, and enable video capture. (This works ok)
- Join this room again without an account. Neither video stream from the two other participants is rendered.
