When a logged-out user tries to create a new bug, they're taken to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/createaccount.cgi where there is a section called "I need help using a Mozilla Product".

Can we add Pocket as an option beneath Firefox and Thunderbird?

the main problem here is that bugzilla rejects or ignores very many e-mail address-domains ("TLD") which mozilla otherwise accepts. Not very user-friendly to have duch a disjunct rejection-policy.
