Steps to reproduce

• devtools.inspector.compatibility.enabled preff on true;

1. Launch Firefox, open DevTools Inspector - Compat tab;
2. Wait until the list populates with issues, expand sections;

Expected result

• icons are properly displayed;

Actual result

• Firefox browser icon is truncated;
• right side of it is not round - is cut;

• not a regression;
