Affected platforms

• macOS 10.15.4, Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04;

Steps to reproduce

• devtools.inspector.compatibility.enabled preff on true;

1. Launch Firefox, open DevTools Inspector - Compat tab;
2. Access about:newtab;
3. Wait until the list populates with issues, expand sections;
4. Click to expand listed occurrences;
5. Try to select/drag any of the browser-compat icons;

Expected result

• selection is either over all items(browser compat+mobile icon) or none;
• while dragging only the browser compat is dragged and icon for mobile device is not;

Actual result

• while trying to select from the edges the 1st browser listed is ignored and selection starts from the 2nd;
• Selection of independent ones appears to be disabled(but that might be intended)
• Same for CTRL+A selection
• Dragging, ignores the mobile icon as well; one drags just the browser icon;

Regression range

• not a regression, after checking for it on different dates-implementation progress;
