Steps to reproduce

• devtools.inspector.compatibility.enabled preff on true;

1. Launch Firefox, open DevTools Inspector - Compatibility tab;
2. Access any webpage - ex: link;
3. In the Compatibility tab, click on the Settings button (bottom of section);
4. Hover over the TargetBrowser options listed;

Expected result

• list is displayed and hovered over element visible;

Actual result

• no hover indicator in the list;

Regression range

• not a regression;

Additional notes

• attached recording to illustrate and compare section(s) - Network tool -> Settings panel;
• It would be more consistent with the Network and Debugger panel - across the software.
