Many things I've done with the sidebar will cause the browser to look for this
address, which eventually gets redirected to oingo.com I'm using build 2002053012
(1.0) from the talkback installer package. I've had this happen from other
machines. It's repeatable by just clicking different tabs in the sidebar. I'm
surprised I couldn't find mention of this bug. I rarely use the sidebar.

Hmm, on further digging it looks like this always happens when clicking the
history tab.
Summary: selecting different tabs in sidebar causes browser to look for http://find/ (oingo) → selecting history tab in sidebar causes browser to look for 'find'
I've been getting the same problem, only I end up at
http://download.find.com/
(which is where http://find/ resolves to at the moment it seems...)
I'm using build 2002053012 on Win98
Also when I came here to Bugzilla to try to search for this bug, I typed
"history find" into the search form, and immediately after the "pondering
your query" page, I ended up on--you guessed it--download.find.com.
Unfortunately I can't seem to reproduce this particular quirk.
Another note: This problem not only occurs by simply opening the history
but also by clicking on the various dates ("today", "yesterday", and etc.)
and the other folders in the history list.
Clarification: This only works in the sidebar. Opening the history via
Go->History seems to have no ill effects.
Incidentally I think bug 167797 is a duplicate of this one (it was just
filed while I was busy typing this, heh).
