Revisiting this bug to prioritize adding a detailed schema for AboutWelcome in the Messaging Experiments schema. This should include details for the content attribute including schemas for various "content tiles". We may also want to add a note in the Spotlight schema under "screens" explaining that about:welcome screen attributes (including content tiles) can be used in this context thanks to our Unified Onboarding Approach. This patch can also include adding a reference to the schema in the About Welcome doc in Firefox Source Docs (see bug 1927514).
