On http://www.swisscom.com/, when you don't move the mouse, the blue background
never appears. Only if you move the mouse around on the page does the background
become visible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://www.swisscom.com/
2. Observe the page, not moving the mouse yet
3. Move the mouse around on the page and observe

Actual Results:  
Blue background didnt appear until moved mouse.

Expected Results:  
Background should become visible at beginning, when page is loaded.

Hmm... it seems as though sometimes the background becomes visible after a
second or so.

The background image is 48KB
I believe you're just seeing the delay required to load the image.   (and it
just happened to be at the time when you went to move the mouse)

Re-open with comments if you think otherwise.

WD: Yes, the background takes 1...2 extra seconds to load for me
(2002082109/winXP), so the mouse motion was really just a coincidence.
