User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Type in the url for a website
  2. Hit Enter
  3. Use CTRL+T to open a new tab as quickly as possible, before the website has a chance to load

Actual results:

The URL you type into the first tab is now in the address bar of the second.

Expected results:

The address bar should be blank and ready to accept input.
