Note
- When the user engages in a video conference and attempts to share an entire screen, the other spectating participants from the call will see his cursor on a black screen. All the other elements are missing.

- Engage in a video conference.
- Share your entire screen to another call participant/s.
Expected result
- The entire screen is correctly displayed to the other participants

- The other participants see the moving cursor on a black screen

Failed miserably by not finding any builds.
- It appears that in v66.0a1 the sharing the entire screen was implemented, but it is reproducing after the regression window above, so it might be linked to its implementation.
Additional notes
- This issue was reproduced with zoom and meet.jit.si.
- This issue will be verified on several other systems to exclude/include the possibility of a hardware related cause.
