Search North Star Metric Observation

The goal of this experiment is to twofold:

  1. to run an observational study with the urlbar event telemetry preffed on
  2. to run a survey on search satisfaction to see if we have indicators in our telemetry to map onto these results.

Experimenter is the source of truth for details and delivery. Changes to Bugzilla are not reflected in Experimenter and will not change delivery configuration.
