Before this test video_dynamic_poster_absolute.htm started timing out on Android there were expectation updates for video_content_text.htm - Bug 1640384 and video_content_image.htm in Bug 1640321. Looking at https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/web-platform/tests/html/semantics/embedded-content/the-video-element these three tests are right one after the other in the test folder so I assume that updating the expectation for the new test failure the timeout will move onto the next one. Will add a patch for the next ones.

DONTBUILD

The change for video_initially_paused.html may not be necessary but updated that one too because of the pattern observed in the tests folder with the timeout moving from one test to another as their expecation was updated.
