Steps to reproduce:
On Linux Mint 19.10, with Thunderbird 68.8.0 from https://snapcraft.io/thunderbird
I opened an email with multiple attachments, and clicked "Save all"
Actual results:
Save all only allows to save in Downloads
Expected results:
Being able to save in other folders than ~/Downloads
as is possible with emails that have single attachments,
or by opening the list of attachments, and right-mouse on a single attachment and selecting "save as".
weird thing: on another similar PC with the same Linux Mint and the same Thinderbird, this bug does not appear

Are both Thunderbird's the snap version?
Using 68.8.0 from the Ubuntu repository on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS I did a test with multiple attachments.
Clicked "Save All".
The "Save All Attachments" dialog opened with the last folder I saved an attachment in selected.
I could then choose any other folder I wanted to save the attachments.
So I created a Test folder and saved them in that folder.
A second test with multiple attachments opened to the Test folder I saved the first tests attachments in.
