Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox, set it to dark theme;
  2. Access any website and click on the bookmark button from address bar;
  3. Click the down-caret button near [Other bookmarks] to expand the section;
  4. Hover and click on the New Folder button;

Expected result

  • elements have distinct colour setup;

Actual result

  • hover effect for the button is the same colour as the menu;

Additional notes

  • attached recording with the issue;
  • on white theme the colour scheme is ok.
