at the bottom are two menus, Alert and Open
Selecting from the menu Alert displays an alert for every selection
In the Open menu selecting the action is only performed after 2 or 3 selections
of the same item. It then goes to another page.
As far as I can tell the JavaScript is probably being executed (it is with
alerts), but after that ...
I haven't seen this in Mozilla (1.1b).

I still see this but only at the very first selection in the "Open" menu.
subsequent selection do as expected: goes to another page.
