User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0
Steps to reproduce:
I open and close a panel so that the web-page need to be resized.
The issue is the resizing performs with twitch.
It looks like it is resized in two steps (you may slow down a playback to see it).
It makes user's eyes tired.
The issue occurs on any kind of resizing the entire window.
For example, when you press Win + Left, Win + Right in Windows to split window within the half of a screen.
I'm not sure it is a bug or an enhancement request.
Actual results:
Expected results:
No twitch when resizing. Resizing in one step.

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:77.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/77.0
Hi,
I have managed to reproduce it on Release version 77, Beta 78.0b1 and latest Nightly 79.0a1 (2020-06-02) using Windows 10. I will move this as an enhancement over to a component so developers can take a look over it and decide if its an issue or not. If this is not the correct component please feel free to change it to an appropriate one.
Thanks for your input.

Likely what is happening is we make the change in the parent process and use the existing layers contents of the content page, then the content page gets reflowed and painted at the new size and then the second redraw occurs.

Thank you! BasicCompositor(Software composition) was used because "VMware SVGA 3D" was resulted to "#BLOCKLIST_FEATURE_FAILURE_UNKNOWN_DEVICE_VENDOR".
