Steps to reproduce:

I set my Inbox to Unified Folders.
View > Folders > Unified

Actual results:

With Unified Folders set the Message Filters I have set up no longer work. If I undo the Unified Folders then the Message Filters start working again.
I've tried setting up new filters but they don't work once Unified Folders is engaged.

Expected results:

Message Filters should work whether or not Unified Folders is used.
