Steps to reproduce:
Enabled the option gfx.webrender.all in about:config to "true".
Actual results:
Reordering tabs becomes slow. I'm using Xubuntu 20.04 LTS with NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 and the proprietary driver 440.
Expected results:
Reordering tabs should be smooth and fluid as it is without webrender enabled.
