Steps to reproduce:
Open an appointment and insert a link in the description, like https://www.google.de.
Actual results:
The link is displayed as normal text. You cannot click it to open it in a a browser.
Expected results:
Link should be displayed underlined and should be clickable to be opened in the browser. Has worked it former versions, but I do not know since when it's broken.
