Steps to reproduce:

Hover the cursor on the "Clear Output" button.

Actual results:

The background color on hover isn't centered and doesn't extend till the edges.

Expected results:

The background color should've filled the button completely, like hovering on the inspector button.

this bug is about the Console, but I agree we could have one for the Netmonitor as well
