1642600 - Link to intermittent failures view for showing data from January doesn't show any data

In https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1611660#c22 there is a link to https://treeherder.mozilla.org/intermittent-failures.html#/bugdetails?bug=1572900&startday=2020-01-30&endday=2020-01-30&tree=all which used to show data. Now it doesn't. Do we only keep data for a limited amount of time, or was there some change in the intermittent-failures URL structure that has rendered this link invalid?

Treeherder only stores 4 months worth of job data (that has not changed recently), and a year's worth of Performance Data. Maybe some of this data is available via active data; ekyle would know for sure.
