Underlining of accesskey in <titledbutton> too long

Details
If you look closely, you'll notice that I'm underlining both the accesskey letter and the space between it and the following letter. On Linux, "P_r_int Preview" in the Editor's File menu shows pretty well why this is bad. Ug-lee. I think might be drawing the underline one pixel too high in some cases as well, but I'd need to look at more platforms to be sure.
