Steps to reproduce

1. Set Firefox to dark theme;
2. Access (in tab1) about:addons
3. In another tab(tab2) access any webpage
4. Access (in tab1) about:crashparent
5. Ok on all windows so browser restarts;
6. Reopen tab2 and access about:addons again;
7. access (in tab1) about:crashparent and have browser restart again.

Expected result

• icon for internal pages is visible;

Actual result

• poor contrast between background and icon as opposed to icon for Window1

Regression range

• will check and provide one asap;

• attached screenshot with the issue.

This issue is not a regression since I can reproduce it on Firefox 68.0a1 (2019-04-17) when the black background was first implemented for the about:sessionrestore page.
