Steps to reproduce
- Set Firefox to dark theme;
- Access (in tab1) about:addons
- In another tab(tab2) access any webpage
- Access (in tab1) about:crashparent
- Ok on all windows so browser restarts;
- Reopen tab2 and access about:addons again;
- access (in tab1) about:crashparent and have browser restart again.
Expected result
- icon for internal pages is visible;
Actual result
- poor contrast between background and icon as opposed to icon for Window1
Regression range
- will check and provide one asap;

This issue is not a regression since I can reproduce it on Firefox 68.0a1 (2019-04-17) when the black background was first implemented for the about:sessionrestore page.
