User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0

Steps to reproduce:

I am trying to see the summary of a visit to my doctor that exists in the MyChart medical messaging system. I login to https://myc.nm.org/MyChart/Authentication/Login?action=logout using Firefox v76.0.1 on my Dell 5110 laptop running Win 7. I then click "Appointments and Visits," then the "View After Visit Summary" link associated with a particular visit.

Actual results:

The summary does not appear on the subsequent page as it has in the past. See attached screenshot of that page.

Expected results:

A complete 1-3 page summary prepared by the doctor with details of his findings and other pertinent medical information. I've not had this problem before. I spoke with MyChart tech support who suggested I try the Chrome browser. I HAD NO PROBLEM SEEING THE AFTER-VISIT SUMMARY USING THAT BROWSER. I am a happy, long-term user of Firefox who does not want to switch to another browser. Furthermore, the MyChart medical reporting system is in widespread use across the country. I would hate it if the glitch I discovered between Firefox and MyChart were discouraging others from continuing to use Firefox.

I am not familiar with filing bug reports (which is probably obvious). I'm happy to supply you with any details you might request.

Hi lawrencebecker!
It is not possible for us to attempt to reproduce this error without proper credentials. Understanding that the registration information is private, could you please try the latest version of Nightly and tell us what the result was?. You can download it from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/

At last but not least, if you still have the problem, open Browser Console and take a look if there is some error related to this page
(Hamburger > Web Developer > Browser Console)
