Now that bug 1632357 is fixed there is no known regression from using those flags. As a reminder we need those flags for direct manipulation, which is still not enabled by default, but making sure these flags don't cause any issues with a wider audience is a good idea.

Now that bug 1632357 is fixed there is no known regression from using those flags. So let's get wider exposure to them even though direct manipulation isn't yet enabled by default.
