User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020817 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20020817 Under certain circumstancaes, the Location Bar shortcut (ctrl-L) stops working. Seems like the only way it works is when either the location bar or the content are have focus. But the focus sometimes "gets lost" and hitting ctrl-L doesnt work. Even ctrl-Tab'ing seems not to work. Quick fix is to click on the content area or use the mouse and go to the location bar. Then it starts working again. This behaviour has been consistent for the last month at least (since I first started using Mozilla; I get a nightly every 3 days or so). Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Havent been able to find a pattern. Using classic theme. This has happened consistently with different version of mozilla (nightlies) for the last month at least.
Summary: CTRL-L For location bar fails sometimes. → CTRL-L For location bar fails sometimes.
I would say dupe of Bug 169692, I know this bug here is older, but at Bug 169692 there has already been done some work. Please re-open if you not agree with that. Thanks Frank *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 169692 ***
