Bug 1614274 disabled it without a good list of breakages. We should reenable it unless we actually have one.

This should be duped to bug 1497425 which has the list of breakage. We shouldn't re-enable it until we're fixing those blocking bugs.

It's about release channel, and I think a bug about Nightly-only should also exist. (We'll need one anyway when pushing a patch)

BTW, I don't think bug 1498623 is a blocker here as notifications will never remain anyway without alerts.useSystemBackend.
