When added to the overflow menu, the profiler label is displayed using RTL direction on LTR builds (tested with French build)
Tested on DevEdition 78.0 beta 4
STR:
- Enter customization mode
- Drag the profiler item into the overflow menu
- Exit customization mode
- Open overflow menu

I didn't run mozregression, but:
- It works in 77 (release)
- It's broken in 78/79
- Removing this rule fix it
The assumption is that it's caused by bug 1634448.
