Steps to reproduce:
When composing, and displaying the Text or Background Color dialogs, press ALT-L to apply Last-picked color.
Actual results:
Nothing happened!
Expected results:
As the "L" in "Last-picked color" is underlined, Thunderbird previously treated this as an accelerator when pressing ALT-L (in both Linux and Windows versions).
This is both an accessibility and convenience feature, which has been removed and no longer follows the OS conventions that it did previously.
The same applies for other shortcuts (HTML, Default) in this dialog, and probabgly other dialogs.
(As an aside this is my muscle-memory way to change color: ALT-O-C-L to apply the last chosen colour while composing. There are other feature requests for a more convenient way to apply color, but I'd be happy if the standard UI toolkit reverted to its old behavior).
