Creating a new bug with a needinfo on someone doesn't let you flag anybody for the needinfo

Details

  • Go to create a new bug
  • Expand the "set bug flags" option
  • Set the needinfo? flag

Expected:

  • a way to specify who to needinfo

Actual:

  • no way to do this. creating the bug creates it with a blank needinfo (needinfo for "anyone", apparently)
