The vpn access is completed, and I've applied the puppet config (PUPPET_ENV=dev PUPPET_REPO=https://github.com/davehouse/ronin_puppet.git PUPPET_BRANCH=bug1644869_debug-loaner PUPPET_MAIL=[e-mail] run-puppet.sh).

I'll test ssh and vnc access and then send the access details to :jrmuizel

I tested ssh and vnc through the corporate jumphost and I emailed the access details for:
t-mojave-r7-285.test.releng.mdc1.mozilla.com [10.49.56.226]

I removed the host from the vpn_releng_loan ldap group (https://ldapadmin1.private.mdc1.mozilla.com/manage/dyn-groups/modify/cn=vpn_releng_loan,ou=groups,dc=mozilla/)
