What is the problem:
CSS rules are not always copied from dev tools.

When I copy a CSS rule using the mouse (right click) it always works. But when I select it and use cntr + c, it is a hit and miss. For example I have noticed that if I select a group of rules with the mouse from left to right it tends to always works. But if I select the same rules from right to left and hit ctrl+c it doesn't. And even that cannot be reproduced all the time consistently. This applies for both single CSS rules and a group of rules. This applies for both copying rules for use outside of Firefox and within devtools. Please check the provided screen recording (we-transfer link).

What did you do to reproduce:
I try to copy rules using Ctrl + C from the dev tools in all current versions of Firefox (Dev, Nightly, Standard).

Behaviour should be:
Any rule should always be copied regardless of the method to copy it (the mouse or ctrl+c) and regardles of the way you seelct it.

Indeed, very very annoying... I should report it long time ago, it was bothering me for a while now.
I'm using clipboard history tool and I can see it will set empty text or something like that.

Hello again,
The problem can be very easily reproduced - all you need to is use mouse to select style ALL THE WAY till the checkbox. Then "Ctrl + C" will copy blank line.

If you stop BEFORE the checkbox, it will copy the style.

PLEASE fix this soon. It's been bugging almost every day and I'm sure I'm not alone.
