We are automatically deploying in response to pushes, so want to limit pushes to the relevant teams.

Will the autoland user need to be added to the scm_firefoxci
group for autoland to work?

Taking a look on the server, it appears bind-autoland@mozilla.com
and the new lando_landing_worker@mozilla.com
accounts have most SCM levels on their accounts. They will probably need scm_firefoxci
as well.
