I have verified this issue using the latest Firefox Nightly 82.0a1 (Build ID: 20200917142508) on Windows 10 x64, Ubuntu 20.04, and Mac 10.15.
- The Ellipsis menu is no longer dismissed when clicking inside the menu on the space between the options.
