http://help.netscape.com/forms/bug-client.html is a 404.  Update with new
Netscape bug reporting URL: 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
2. Click "bug reporting form" link (
http://help.netscape.com/forms/bug-client.html )
3. 404
Actual Results:  
The page is not there.

Expected Results:  
The page to report Netscape bugs should appear.

I have not been able to find the new page, if there is one. 
http://developer.netscape.com/support/bugs/ still points to the old url, as does
http://wp.netscape.com/feedback/
