Steps to reproduce:
i set 'preferences: Language and Appearance: Language' to English (us), but menus are in my local language, which i never use on any of my computers, except currency and units are set to locality (slovenian)
Actual results:
ffx language is set to english (us), but menus are displayed in local (slovenian).
Expected results:
menus and all the rest should be in english language.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

That's unfortunately a known problem, normally caused by language packs not updating with Firefox.
You should be able to solve by clearing the cache: follow these instructions, use firefox.exe -purgecaches instead of the command indicated there.
