Go to the URL, it will open a new window, oddly sized.
The Bookmarks Toolbar is drawn incorrectly (see function hej in the source, it
shouldn't there at all?)
Try to resize the window to see the Bookmarks Toolbar in different situations.

Confirmed using Chimera/2002082305. It seems that Chimera is letting the page
resize itself below some minimum usable dimensions. Revising summary.
