User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020823
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020823

No scrollbars on the "main" window. However, the HTML does have scrolling="no"
for that frame, so it's really stupid HTML. That is, why have no scrolling on a
page that is bigger than my 1024x768 display. I couldn't find Component of
Evang, so I think I have the component wrong....will fix that once I'm out of
the Helper,

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL
2. Select frame and use PgUp and/or PgDn to scroll page
3. Note lack of scrolbars.

Actual Results:
No Scrollbars.

Expected Results:
Nice srollbar within the frame.

OK, so Evang is hiding under Tech Evang. Changed that, but I can't change
Assigned To (and QA).

Note: I will be sending the site an eMail about the problem.
