Niklas, you're probably already aware of this, but crash logs should be attached
instead of pasted in a comment.

Hm, using FizzillaCFM/2002-08-18-1.1 on 10.1.5, starting up JS Debugger in a
recently-created profile seems to result in Mozilla hanging.

this is probably 163918.  JavaScript debugger has issues with that bug
(unrelated to the "unrequestd window" preference).  See bug 164333

I don't know what the stack would be tho.

Bug 163918 is still not resolved. However, build 2002-08-26-08 has a working
debugger, so I guess it got fixed somewhere along the way.
