At the moment the addon card for extensions that have been blocked does still provide the "Report" action.
We briefly discussed about this and there some reasons to hide it (no point to collect more reports for something that has been already explicitly blocklisted) and some reasons to keep it (e.g. to allow a user to report to us if some extensions seems to have been blocked because of an unexpected blocklist issue).
We want to evaluate this further and choose if we want to proceed and hide the report action or not (and just close this issue as wontfix if we opt to keep it).

Hi Jorge,
we would like to ask your opinion on this bug, in particular about how much important you would feel this could be from a product perspective (to double-check if the priority we did set does match how important it is from a product perspective).

The extra data doesn't hurt, and like the first comment mentions, it might lead to discovering issues with the blocklist. I think it's fine to keep things as they are.
