Steps to reproduce:

I got a new phone, and I am trying to install NewPipe:

https://github.com/TeamNewPipe/NewPipe/releases/tag/v0.19.5

I downloaded the APK with Android Firefox and hit Open, but it does nothing. I
also chose "Install unknown apps" in the Firefox settings. I was able to install
the same APK with Android Chrome.

I think this works if you open the APK from the Files application. It does not currently work to open downloaded APKs from Firefox on Android 10.
