Preconditions

Have the following set up:

1. Enable the following preferences and restart the browser:
   "extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available" pref is set to true
   "extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled" pref is set to true
   (for Beta also set up: extensions.formautofill.available set to "on")
2. Have multiple saved Credit Cards
3. NordVPN set up for USA or region to US

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox and to to https://www.deathwishcoffee.com
2. Reach the Payment form and make sure you've been redirected to a check out flow with specific countries listed in the "Country" field (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland and Japan). See the video attached

Expected:

Credit card autofill dropdown should be displayed on all the fields on a payment form except the cvv

Actual:

Credit card autofill dropdown is not displayed on all the fields on a payment form

Note

The issue is only reproducible on that specific check out flow mentioned above.
I couldn't managed to reach that check out flow on other OS.
I will do more investigation on the effected Firefox versions as soon as possible.
