User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/83.0.4103.106 Safari/537.36 Edg/83.0.478.54
Steps to reproduce:
- case: Have Thunderbird theme set to default. Switch the OS settings (in my case Windows 10) to either dark or light mode.
- case: Have the OS setting set to dark mode. Select the light Thunderbird theme (or vice versa).
Actual results:
- case: Working as expected, all areas of Thunderbird are either set to dark or light.
- case: Some areas (message pane (but not message header pane), options, account settings, add-ons manager...) follow the color scheme of the OS rather than that of the current theme and remain dark with a light light theme on a dark mode OS (or vice versa).
Expected results:
Those areas listed above should inherit their color from the theme, not from the OS setting.
