We lost the stage dashboard after moving from datadog.

Sounds we just need a Grafana env var added to the prod dashboard that would let us toggle to stage data.

Unfortunately this wasn't doable with grafana templating, so I had to duplicate the dashboard. It's available here: https://earthangel-b40313e5.influxcloud.net/d/YuuKyJZGz/autopush-stage?orgId=1
