User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:77.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/77.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Firefox. (don't maximize the web browser window)
2. ☰ > Customize...
3. Uncheck "Title bar"
4. Open any website e.g. www.google.com
5. Right Click (on the web site background)

Actual results:

The context menu appears and disappears immediately. (with website undo triggered)
The bug only occurs when the window isn't maximized.

Expected results:

The context menu appears as in the case of a normal browser window with a title bar.
