Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox with a new profile and go to www.mayoclinic.org
2. Go to Search option, input random string and press "TAB" key

Actual result
The "magnifier" icon is not correctly highlighted.

Expected result
The "magnifier" icon should be correctly highlighted.

Note: The "magnifier" icon is correctly highlighted in Chrome.

Reproducible on latest Nightly 80.0a1 (2020-07-07) on Ubuntu 18.04. Flags are changed accordingly.

This also occurs when clicking the search icon or navigating by Tab key to other areas of the site.
